Manager

A native of Jacksonville, Bobby Thomas has worked within the automotive industry for over 27 years. Bobby attended FCCJ before taking a position as a retail manager with the May Company and then joined RPM in 1988.

As a resident of Jacksonville with his wife Jan, three children and now seven grandchildren, Bobby is  an active member of the community. He attends Southpoint Community Church and volunteers with various programs. As the original Managing Partner, Bobby  has utilized his skills to help individuals by providing quality automotive service with integrity.

Tiffany Graham
Service Advisor

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Tiffany Graham has worked within the automotive industry for over 12 years. Tiffany’s past positions include Tire Kingdom and Barron Tire where she achieved multiple Customer Satisfaction Awards.

As a member of the Jacksonville Community along with her husband Shane and four children, Tiffany  has been able to utilize her knowledge of the industry in her position as a Service Advisor with RPM, bringing her unique perspective to the team and offering customers a quality and informative experience.

Jason Hostetler
Service Advisor

A native of Warren, OH, Jason Hosteler has been working within the automotive industry for over nine years. Jason attended Southern Illinois University before furthering his education in electronics with the United States Navy and holds six ASE certifications. Jason’s past positions include construction, Goodyear and the US. Navy where he earned numerous service awards.

As a resident of Jacksonville, Jason has had the opportunity to work within the community alongside his church as a praise & worship leader. As a service writer with RPM, Jason has applied his hobby of electronics and his professional knowledge of vehicles to help customers with their various automotive issues and provides exceptional work and excellence with each job.
